STEP 3 · SOW & CONTRACT

Fixed scope, fixed price, fixed timeline.

Within 72 hours of the discovery call we send a plain-English Statement of Work. Deliverables listed, price fixed, timeline realistic, change-control process documented. Sign via DocuSign or physical. 50% or milestone 1 on signature.

STEP 4 · KICK-OFF

The real work begins.

Team intros, shared Slack channel, repo access, first milestone scheduled. For audits, first interview is typically inside week 1. For integrations, data access & environment setup. For transformation, a full sprint 0 setting up the governance cadence.

Common questions.

No. Most clients start by picking whichever of the three sounds closest. We’ll confirm or redirect during the discovery call. Most new clients start with an Audit regardless of final destination.
You can — though the call is much better if we’ve read the intake first. 8 minutes spent on the intake saves 20 minutes on the call. If you’re in a hurry, use the “jump-book” button after submission.
That’s normal. Part of the audit (and often part of an integration) is getting data into shape. Tell us what you have — even “a bunch of spreadsheets and a legacy ERP” is a fine starting point.
We’ll sign yours or provide ours before any sensitive details are shared. Our MNDA is a two-page document; most clients sign it with zero redlines. Happy to scope further pre-NDA on “problem shape, not specifics.”
