60 minutes with a founder.
We dig into data, current processes, operational constraints, and success criteria. Screen-share welcome. At the end you’ll know exactly whether we’re the right partner, and what the engagement would look like.
Fixed scope, fixed price, fixed timeline.
Within 72 hours of the discovery call we send a plain-English Statement of Work. Deliverables listed, price fixed, timeline realistic, change-control process documented. Sign via DocuSign or physical. 50% or milestone 1 on signature.
The real work begins.
Team intros, shared Slack channel, repo access, first milestone scheduled. For audits, first interview is typically inside week 1. For integrations, data access & environment setup. For transformation, a full sprint 0 setting up the governance cadence.
